Our 4 Step Process to a New Replacement Roof.
Free Roof Inspection
First step is to inspect your roof. Our professional roof inspectors inspect the property for damages. We check your roof, gutters, windows, siding, garage doors, and even the attic for interior leaks.
Furthermore, our professional team will determine if you need roof replacement, repairs or anything else.
File Insurance Claim
If an insurance claim is needed will help you call the claims department to file a new claim for hail or wind damage for your roof and property. We walk step-by-step through the insurance process to ensure all roof damage has been reported, as well as all other home related items. We are here to assist you through the process at Scully Roofing & Construction!
We Attend the Adjuster Meeting
To take is a step further we even meet the insurance adjuster at the roof inspection. Your Scully Roofing & Construction Representative will meet the insurance adjuster to look at the property together. Will work closely with the adjuster to ensure they've identified all of the damage to the roof, home and property. Once your insurance company has approved to pay to replace the damage roof, they will send you all the paperwork showing what they are paying for, and how much it will cost. Insurance pays all of it, minus your deductible. We ensure it!
New Roof Installation
Our professional roof installation team will begin the installation process. We remove all shingles and felt down to the deck. Next, we inspect the deck and make any needed roof repairs. The crew installs a true starter strip, new synthetic felt, install new vents and flashings, ice and water shield to valleys, and then your choice of higher-grade shingles by IKO, GAF, CertainTeed, Malarkey, or Owens Corning.
Final Roof Inspection
Upon completion, your Scully Roofing & Construction Rep will do a final walk through of the entire roof and property. On the final check of the roof, we check the roof and all its components to insure only the highest levels of workmanship. Additionally, we ensure all nails and trash are picked up ultimately leaving the property immaculate and ready for the homeowner sign-off. We love happy homeowners!
